What areas do you service?
We are located in Shelton, Washington but will travel for your event! We travel within 25 miles of Shelton for free but any additional miles will be charged at $2.00 per mile.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to Washington State liquor laws we are legally unable to purchase or sell alcohol. We can however assist in your alcohol list and how much to purchase once you decide on your own personalized menu for your event.
What do you provide?
We provide the trailer, bartenders, drinkware, barware, mixers, garnishes, napkins, ice, coolers, keg equipment, decor and of course, a fun, unique element to your party!
What is your payment and refund policy?
When booking your event we require a 20% deposit in order to hold your date. ALL deposits are non refundable. The remaining 80% is due 60 days prior to your event. Cancellation of the event must be made 90 days prior to the event. If the Charlie Horse Co. has to cancel for any reason a full refund will be made to the customer. Additional hours of service will be charged at $150 per hour.
Are you insured?
Yes! The Charlie Horse Co carries general and liquor liability insurance.
